Hello--From what I have read, endometriomas don't usually shrink. I had one that measured 5cm, then a few months later I had another ultrasound and it measured about 4.7cm. But that could just have been because there were 2 different people measuring and they positioned the markers in different spotsBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots.
