complex cyst

by ca1, Apr 04, 2004 12:00AM
I recently had an Ultasound showed that I have a small complex cyst at right ovarian which measured 2.1x2.3x2.4cm. It is consistent with a hemorrhagic cyst and no free fluid seen in the posterior cul-de-sac. My question is what hemorrhagic cyst is, how it is normally formed and what is the likely further treatment. Now my family doctor asked me to have another ultrasound after six weeks. Shall I ask to see a gynecologist right now or I should wait and see? I am 40 years old now. I always feel tired and have lower back pain and lower abdomen pain (not severe). From the forum, I know there is a slightly chance of cancer for complex cyst patient. What's the other symptom if it is overian cancer? Thanks.
