I just had a 6cm "complex, hemmoragic"(ultra sound report) cyst taken out of my right ovary. my gyn onc call it mass before the surgery and tumor after the surgery. dunno what the diffence is. but I was clearly dx as endometroiosis which is benign. 99% of cysts are benign.
One of my cysts was also a hemmoragic and all that means is that it bleeds into itself. It, along with my other cysts were each benign. Try not to worry too much...simply find a doctor you trust and work through the possibilities, risks and treatments with him/her.
I am 32 yrs old as well. hope it helps.
Harra
Best to you,
