complex irregular cystic structure

I am 34. I had a pelvic ultrasound in June 2004, they found a follicular cyst on my right ovary measuring 11mmx15mm and a blood cyst on my left. On followup ultrasound in Sept. they said I had a complex irregular cystic structure in the right ovary measuring 1.6cm. My questions:
1. Does ovarian cancer typically cause pain that comes and goes?
2. I realize they used different measurement techniques, but is this amount of growth in 3 months significant or worrisome.
Can I assume that since it hardly grew it is safe?
3. If ovaries are overall normal in size, is this predictive of whether a cyst is cancer or not?
4. I just found out that I am pregnant, does pregnancy tend resolve these kinds of cysts, or aggravate them?
5. In someone my age, what are the chances that this is cancer?
