Did you have Taxol as part of your chemo? It can sometimes cause permanent damage to your extremities. Most who experience numbness and tingling will eventually get relief after chemo is completed, but sometimes it is permanent. Not sure if that's exactly the pain you're describing, though. You should consider having some bloodwork done to see if you are mineral deficient. If your potassium or magnesium levels are low, it can cause cramping. You could also consider a bone scan to see if there might be a little bone loss going on, as well.
