Does your doctor feel that the cyst was caused by the clomid? What cycle days did you take it? 5-9? Day 12 is pretty fast to develop a cyst (according to my doc).
If your pain level is really bad, talk to your doctor about what his plan is. At what point would he remove it? If you are unhappy w/ his decision, get a second opinion.
As i stated before i took clomid the cycle i had my cyst to...luckly we did not wait once it started growing to remove it. As it turned out, it was two endo. cysts that don't go away w/ your period as functional cysts do.
However, if you can stand the pain, do the watch and wait. Surgery is not plesent and recovery is tough. Good luck!
Thanks for the reply. He does think that we "overachieved" with the clomid. I could tell that he was a little surprised with the results. He put me on Torodol for a few days for the pain. So hopefully we can wait and watch. Don't really want surgery again considering I have has 3 of them since October. But I guess I will do what I need to do. I really do trust my Gyno he is my second one and has been a god send. Thanks
Terrilg, I am so sorry to hear that you are in so much pain. Hopefully that will work. Do not be surprised if the dr. puts you on birth control ..
