cystadenocarainoma

I have a 10cm and a 5cm growth on my overy. The ct scan report says " The findings probably reflects a complex cyst  and   a solid adnexal component cysts, although cyst adenoma or, remotely, cystadenocarainoma cannot be confidently excluded."

There are many kinds of ovarian cancers and where the Drs. put a name (cystadenocarainoma) to it does it mean that they see  identifying aspects of this growth from the cat scan that enables them to put this name to it and not other types of cancer names , OR is this just a common name that groups all ovarian cancers together until they are removed?
