if you have pcos would it be hard to detect ovarian cancer threw a pap

I have PCOS and am experiencing infertility.  I have looked all over the internet to find out about the negative side effects of fertility meds, and I have read that there are no definitive studies that prove fertility meds cause ovarian cancer.  I suspect it's still a debated topic.

What I DO know is, that PCOS does not effect tests for ovarian cancer.  You asked about it detecting it through a pap, but a pap does not check for ovarian cancer.  It checks for cervical cancer.  Hope this helps!
