Hey dancing shoes,
You have been through a really tough chemo. Your feelings about hospitals are natural.

the standard follow up is :
checks with blood work every 3-4 months for the first 3 years. hen every 6 months for another 2 years. At 5 years, we go to yearly checks.
yearly CT scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis
You should ask for pulmonary function test to see how your lungs are now after 4 cycles of bleomycin. it is good to get a baseline test just in case your develop some pulmonary fibrosis later. So you know what your function is

NEVER smoke and tell people who smoke not to smoke around you. Protect your lungs!

best wishes
