Until now I was not familiar with "dysgerminoma".....I googled it and I was pleased with what I found...survival rate is 95-99% from what I read....your prognosis is wonderful....just type the name in in the "Google" space and read personal experiences and testimonies. Looks to me like if you're going to have cancer this one is a good one to get diagnosed with! Take care and good luck.

you posted this a long time ago, but just wanted to say I had it 20 years ago and all is well now! I was treated with surgery and chemo (BEP) and I am happy and healthy.
