I'm 22 years old. I recently had surgery on a perforated ulcer. While my surgeon was patching the ulcer he noticed that my ovaries were three times they're normalNormal saline flush size. I've been on birth controlControl Control rx since I was 18. I haven't been taking them since a week before my surgery. I haven't had any pain in that area at all but I've been having light bleeding since my surgery three weeks ago. Is there anything I need to be concerned about?
