fallopian tube cancer is treated the same way as ovarian cancer....first line of treatment is taxol/carbo....or some similar type drug. Fallopian tube cancer is even rarer than ovarian cancer....you probably will not find much info out there. I do volunteer with a national ovarian cancer awareness organization and one of our members is a fallopian tube cancer survivor, send me a private message and I can share email addresses....I know she will share whatever she can with you.
