transvaginal ultrasound:the uterus is again noted to be retroverted measuring 8.4*4.9*5.2cm. the endometrial cavity is empty. the endometrial stripe measure 1.2cm in thinkness which is at the upper limits of normal.no focal uterine mass is evident. a small nabothian cyst is again seen at the cervix. the right ovary measures 4.9*3.7*5.0cm and the left ovary measures 3.4*2.7*2.9cm in the right ovary a 4.2*3.0cm cystic lesion is present. in the left ovary a 1.9*1.8cm cystic lesion is present. on the previous examination, there was a right ovarian cystic lesion measuring 3.4*2.9cm the left ovarian cyst is newly acquired since the previous examination. no free fluid is seen in the pelvis

  Impression: Bilateral adnexal cystic lesion
   i get alot of pelvic pain,painfull menstral,painfull intercourse,very painful cramps
