Oh, thank You for your kind words. I have been thinking of you, because I forgot to mention after mentioning the hormone situation and the imbalance, that I do use the Bioidentical Hormones now and have for almost seven years. Balancing the hormones has really helped me with the anxiety piece, but that is not to say there is never a need for anti-depressants. May I suggest that you take some time to research the hormonal situation and that alone might put your mind at east. I Mean, these bodies of ours are awfully complicated, as you know!

I would recommend the book by Christianne Northrup, MD, "The Wisdom of Menopause." Even for those who are in their 20's, 30's and 40's it is a great book and for those who have gone through Menopause or have gone through a surgical menopause, such as myself, where I found myself in complete and total menopause in only ONE day (almost seven years ago)...well, this book has been, and still is, a life saver.

Take care and thanks again....just remember, you deserve to feel better!
