Unfortunately without a uterus, you will not be able to get pregnant. You mentioned tubal pregnancy - this is not possible for you because your vagina is not longer connected in any way to the fallopian tubes (your uterus is gone) so sperm cannot get to the ovaries or tubes.
Even if you tried surgical invervention for a tubal pregnancy, no one will let you because this type of pregnancy will often kill the mother, because the fallopian tubes are not designed for a placenta to attach and will burst causing the mother to bleed to death.
The only option for you would be surrogacy, if you want a baby with your genes or adoption.
Good luck!!
Unfortunately you will not be able to get pregnant without a uterus. Tubal pregnancies do happen from time to time, but are terminated as there is a grave risk of the fallopian tube rupturing and the mother bleeding to death.
Your only hope is for surrogacy (if you want a baby with your genes) otherwise adoption is the only other way.
Good luck
