good to hear from you. I am recovering slowly but surely. I also had my gallbladder out and I have been having constant nausea, vomiting and stomach problems. As far as my surgery for the endo and cysts that is still healing but I feel stronger each day. I am on a wound vac to heal the incisionIncision for abdominal laparoscopy Incision for lung biopsy Incision for pleural tissue biopsy Incision for thyroid gland surgery quicker since I developed an infection. I feel pretty good except for the stomach and digestive problems also. I had never had a gallbladder attack but they wanted to take it out anyway since I had alot of stones. Ever since the surgerys my biggest problems have been nausea, and vomiting. It has been an ordeal. I am glad that I am cancer free...that is a big relief. I am very lucky. You will feel better soon..did the dr tell you to expect to still feel sick even after the gallbladder is removed? let me know and keep in touch..your in my prayers.
Hope you are feeling better..I had terrible pain with my periods...I used to lay in bed doubled over in pain. severe pain. i used to have to take so many muscle relaxers. my ca-125 was slightly elevated with the endo. My trick was to take Motrin or Advil right before my period and it would relieve the cramps. Also I gave up certain trigger foods like caffeine, chocolate and msg. Good luck and let me know how you are.
I still have the ovarian cysts (5cm) but my ca125 test was normal.I'm still scared and worried as I keep on having symptoms of ovc,I never experienced so much pain and problems for so long, but gyno told me endometriosis mimics ovc too.So hopefully in 2 months I will get an answer with laparscopy. Most days the pelvic/abdominal pain has me in bed in tears.
With your endometriosis did u have daily discomfort? I always thought it was near your period when it was painful.I do have horrible periods I get so sick with pain. What kind of cysts did they remove? (mine are complex )
Keep in touch, your in my prayers,
Stephanie
