googling symptoms led me here

I'm beginning to think that I should throw in the towel on the symptoms that I've been experiencing for the past almost 2 years:
left ovary feels like it is going to burst, followed by tube pain, lasting for approx. 2-3 weeks each month - Last period was 2 years ago.  Transvaginal ultrasound last year was normal.  constant vaginal burning (doc prescribed vagifem, didn't help).  Sex burns and hurts.
Mid upper abdominal pain (right under bra line) to navel (think the shape of an ultrasound).  Pain increases tremendously after eating even just a tiny bit.  I eat because I'm hungry but get filled up easily (sometimes a cup of coffee or just a popsicle is too much).  Sitting causes the same type of pain but not as intense unless I'm driving (driving after eating is unbearable).  Lying down alleviates the pain.  The abdominal pain is almost Always accompanied by hot flashes and sweating.
Lower back pain, especially when standing for long periods of time (5 minutes) or lying flat.
Increase in abdomen - clothing doesn't fit
Weight gain - can't eat much but still gaining weight (25 lbs in 2 years - up 2 sizes in clothing)
bloating
headaches
extreme fatigue
All tests are negative (thyroid, MS, Lupus, etc.)
One non-cancerous polyp removed through colonoscopy last month
encoscopy - normal

Gyne says "just menopause"  GP says 'I'm 50 and menopausal, if you want to look like me you need to exercise more'  Gastro says 'tilted pelvis'
Gyne says he will do another TVU in September if it will make me feel better.

Should I puruse this or just throw in the towel?

Thank you for replying!!

Yes, a rectal was done.  He said that everything felt fine, he is agreeing to the TVU to make me feel better.  He does an in office TVU, old black & white machine.  He also tested for infection due to the vaginal burning.  I have not heard on that, I was told no news is good news.

Sometimes I wonder if it's 'all in my head' do others feel that way too?

Thank you for responding!
I had my yearly pap one month ago - 'everything appears normal'
In addition to the endoscopy and colonoscopy, I've had a thoracic MRI - GP insisted that symptoms were from T-spine.  MRI showed nothing.  Had an upper abdomen ultrasound, all organs are fine.
None of the docs will order a CA-125 - they don't think it's a good diagnostic test.
I'm beginning to feel like a whiner and am getting very frustrated, I feel like no one is really listening.
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter, I hope her mass was benign!

Hi there.....sounds like you are going through hell.....the ovaries cannot  be felt without doing a rectal exam and way too many gyns aren't thorough enough.....it is not  fun but it is necessary in order to check out the ovaries....you are not being a pain so don't give up....be persistant....this is your health and life you are talking about......if a doc isn't listening find another....make certain you get copies of all your test results and reports after each visit.....don't you dare throw in the towel!
Peace.

Might ask for a CA125, you did not mention a vaginal exam,  gyn found daughters mass by vaginal plus probing the abdomen, felt it behind the ovary. You definitly have supecious symptoms, could you get a second opinion , maybe from an onocologist?  TVS  was last year, maybe Sept is too far off,  rule it out, better to be over cautious than sorry,   Keep us posted and remember  most masses are benign  but do cause the same symptoms sometimes as cancer.  The doctor missed my daughters for 4 months.
