granulosa cell tumors

I have been told by my gyn/onc that all granulosa cell tumors are considered malignant. Is this true? If so are they then considered to be of a low malignant potential?
I have also been told that they are slow growing and that they can reoccur even many years later.
Do you know the percentage of reoccurance for people diagnosed with granulosa cell tumors?
