grapefruit size mass uterus area

I experienced severe pain around ovary right side so severe i vomited 2 days in roll. Went to er done ultrasound and xray.said mass involved ovary,uterus,intestine atleast as big as grapefruit didn't know where orgin started. Going tomorrow to obgyn scared to death. anyone out there had any similar incidents?

I had a vey large endometrioma (a chocolate cyst) on my right ovary 5 years ago.  I don't know its exact size but my Dr said it was about the size of a baby's head.  He ended up removing that ovary and fallopian tube.  My uterus and left ovary looked okay, but right now I have three cysts on my left one and I am waiting for my Dr to receive the radiologist's report.  Hope everything is ok.
