Testing your health by how much pain you have during sex is just outrageous.  Quit having sex until you know what it is!!  You could do further damage (bruising, ruptures etc.) and it sounds like you have enough problems.  Cancer sure hasn't skipped any generations in my family.  Every woman on my mother's side has died from OVCA before the age of 40.  I am lucky as I am 51 with stage 3c ovca.
I hope you are using comdoms if you are having sex with more than one person.  Get to a dr ASAP.

I have never heard of pain with sex like that. It is not normal. You must go to the doctor. Pain signals something is wrong..Fear can not stand in the way of going for help. It could be many things but you will not know unless you see you gyn. Don't put it off anymore. It could be cysts, endo or many other things. Feel Better

have it checked, it could be anything at all from pelvic inflammatory disease, to a ruptured ovarian cyst, to the worst case scenario, but you do not know until it is checked, i know from experience that the wait and see and hope it goes away  is not the right way to go sex is supposed to be pleasurable not painful. good luck to you. by the way worst case scenerio is not likely but with your family history it is best to get it checked

I really do not know what to tell you except that you should see you gyn. That kind of pain is not normal. Please do not put off going to the Dr. because you need to find the reason for a pain like that. Cancer is not picky, so that does not mean that it will skip a generation. have it checked out.
