how many chemotherapeutic courses are needed?

Would you be so kind as to answer the following question?

Diagnosis

Stage IIIc Ovarian Cancer

Treatment
---------
Optimal debulking.
Chemotherapie Paclitaxel and carboplatin, 5 courses
CA125 after surgery prior to Chemotherapy 240
CA 125 after 3 courses 12
Side-effects: just a few

After the 5th course remained a plateletcount of 55 (norm: 150-400). This was possibly caused by a mistake in the administration of the fluid: First Carboplatin, followed by Paclitaxel. The sixth course was prosponed for that reason. What is the generally recommended further therapie? Just one course, postponed, or a new serie of courses?
