hypoechoic lesions in uterus
The following are the test results after scanning  of uterus
Antevertd enlarged in size
Myometrium - coarsened
Endometrium - not seen
Large hypoechoic lesions noted at fundus measuring 10.7 / 8.1cm , 40 / 43mm
hypoechoic lesions noted on left lateral wall
Overies - suboptimally visualized
IMPRESSIONS :- 1.Bulky uterus with larges subserou  fibriods
                          2.Small hepatic cyst
                          3. Rest od the whole  abdomen study is normal

Basing on the above information please clarify whether the  problem indicates the cancer and  the problem  can be  cure with medicines   or it  needs any surgery.
