i just dont understand!!

well, once again i have a question to ask. i have had reoccurring ovary pain and it cant get it to go away completly. i feel great all week and then on sundays it hurts again and pain slowly diminished by tuesday if not sooner. this has happened 2 weeks in a row.  i am on the ortho evra path, which i started about 2 months ago. i dont get why just like clock work it would start hurting again, on sunday??? last time i had ultrasound and tvus, cyst was basically gone, that was about 2 months ago as well. could the cyst be back even if i am on bc?

Sunny-
Cysts can be recurring even with bc.  I have had 4 in the last 7 months and have been on bc consistently for 6 years.  But - since it seems to only bother you on Sundays, it sounds more logically related to your weekend events.

hi i suffer terrible rhs pelvic pain after a good drink .  Dont know if this is due to dehydration causing the stool to go hard or if the alcohol causes inflammation, but its always there and after a day or two it goes.

It is possibly the alcohol.  Alcohol can do strange things to pain receptors all over the body,  and to the lymph system as well.  In fact, there are  diseases  affecting the lymph system for which the first symptom is often pain after drinking alcohol.  Strange but true!  Try swilling lower alcohol content beverages one weekend (you know, those  'barely acceptable for a weekend beverage' drinks, not the good stuff!) and see if that helps.

Are you doing something, or perhaps 'overdoing' something, on Saturday afternoon or night?  Is the ovarian situation being aggravated by yard work, house work, family activities, or just plain fun that you are having on Saturday, with the pain then being felt on Sunday?
