increase in ca125

I understand elevated ca125 is not in itself a great screening tool for ovca but is used as a baseline for treatment and status of ones condition. i originally had the test done in May and it was 62. also had a transvag u/s which indicated a hypoechoic lesion on the ovary. i saw an ob/gyn who redid the ca125 10 days ago and it is now at 69. would this be considered a neglible change or an indication that perhaps this lesion is likely growing causing the level to increase?
