i have been told that there is an injection you can have between certain ages to provent ovarian cancer?

There is a study on an ovarian cancer vaccine.  A woman at my support group is very interested.  I have no details.  I believe it can be used after first line treatment to prevent or delay recurrences.  At my next meeting I will ask her for more info. Marie

Hello... I think that maybe you are getting this mixed up with Cervical cancer. There is a vaccination that's given to young girls/women to prevent Cervical cancer, but nothing to date for this one. Hi ,
I haven,t heard of that, are you sure its not the cervical cancer vaccine they are giving to teenage girls you have heard about ? That is fairly new .
