irregular periods

My age is 46 and in september this year my period was two weeks late and was normal- then in october it was two weeks late and lasted for 30 days- i had flooding- clots and had to take ttran----acid to stop it --now two weeks later i have bleeding again that has stopprd and started over the last week--my fsh and lh levels came back low--what should i do
