justscore can I ask?

Can you describe for me what your scar tissue issues felt like? My incision feels fine. The uncomfortableness is more in the back where my love handles are but inside. They sometimes have a sort of burning sensation sometimes just a dull ache. Nothing that keeps me from moving about. I broke my collar bone when I was little and when we are getting damp or cold weather it'll ache. It kind of feels like that. I can't really lay on my side because it'll hurt after awhile. It's been 9 mos since my surgery and other than this I feel absolutely wonderful. So much energy. Anyway...I am just hoping it's scar tissue and if you felt the same way?

That's about what I feel sometimes.  Kind of a twinge "deep"  inside my gut.  Sometimes it is worse than othrs.  When I have described it to my Gyn or Internist, they say scar tissue.  I have had ultra sounds but they don't show anything.  I have had so many surgeries that I will probably need to have a scar tissue clean up every once and a while.  I have just learned to live with it.  Hope this helps.  Talk to your doctors and maybe they can do some tests to confirm or deny your suspisions.

That is comforting. Thank you for replying. I will talk to dr. tomorrow and see what he says. He will probably send me for a CT scan being clear cell anyway which means more waiting but your note is still hopeful  for me. Be well! xo Lori
