left llower quadrant or inguinal lymph node enlargedment

I have left lower abdomen or inguinal superficial lymph node enlargement, sudden, without any trauma or ilness.  I am wondering if i need to be concerned as it is flucuant but sometimes tender with palpation.  I have eosonophilic esophogitis and wondered if the numerous eosonophils could cause this, as I have not has my antihistamine in 3 days at the scjeduled times.  Does this indicate a biopsy?

Hi there
you should consult a surgeon about the possibility of a biopsy if you have persistent swelling in a lymph node
best wishes
