burning pinching pain in right calf and left hip, slight swelling and possibly reddening of right leg.Poor active range of movement due to stiffness in left hip. Can these symptoms relate to ovarian cancer stage 1 with hysterectomy for it, after takin HRt for many years since having severe menopausal symptoms after hysterectomy.

How long have you had these symptoms? I would be more concerned about a possible clot, phlebitis and/ or infection. I don't want to be an alarmist, but it may be a good idea to call your doctor or call an emergency room to get their input.
