low density lesion found on CT scan??

Hi,
I just got a ct scan back today of the abdomen and pelvis. My urologist referred my to my gyno and believes this is nothing serious, but again he is a urologist!
My report says " Enlarged left adnexa containing a 3.5 cm low density lesion. A small amount of free fluid is noted in the cul-d-sac."
I asked my urologist if a ct scan can differentiate between a tumor and a cyst and he said yes.  My report says neither, just the term lesion. ANy advice would be greatly appreciated as I am still a little nervous since I had a leep cone in November 04 from CIN III lesions.
Thanks alot
K
