It's not one test that should matter, should be a couple to establish a trend.

If your white count is low you are more susceptible to infections.  If you do have an infection of any sort your CA125 can be elevated.
Also, the comment by nyc  lady is important to note; it is a rising trend that one should be concerned about.  That said, I got upset when mine went from 2.9 to 5 so I know exactly what you mean.
Try not to worry (said the pot to the kettle !).
