I had that at the beginning of the year. It was from a virus that I'd gotten from my daughters (there good at that). The lump stayed there about three weeks, but mine wasn't sore to the touch. I watched it until it went away, because I do have breast cancer in the family. It does kinda get you scared when you find these things, but remain calm, and ask the doctor at your next appointment.
