mucus in urine

hello! hope everyone is well today. so i have mucusy weird stuff in my urine for a day. then it becomes mucusy weird stuff with blood in it. then i start my period the next day - about 4 days early. is this normal? all 10 years that i have had my cycle, i havent experienced this- have you? should i worry?

You might try to post in the Urology forum,  they deal with problems of the bladder and kidneys

for the first time today after i urinated a little mucus and a little red blood came out with it. they were attached to each other. i searched all the web and cant get an explanation. please help...

hello! sorry so late to respond. been doctor hopping cause they are finally realizing that something is indeed wrong and i am not just crazy. think it is more gastrointestinal w/ neurological side effects because of hormones- tumor or chrones or this or that blah blah. i have been havign spells of losing my sight and dizziness and confusion too...i am not sure what the mucus is, but i have seen info, that they are signs of uti, which i don't have. also, bot to scare you, but some rare tumors (urachal or uracal) can cause that too because the tumors themselves are mucusy

I have had this too since the last week of Dec.  I have had a urinalysis and all is clear. No one has given any kind of explanation.

I too have this in my urine....do you have it all the time or just occaissionally?  Just curious b/c I often get UTI too?  Thanks.  Busy
