Thanks for info on last question. A couple things I didn't mention:GYN said in report that "spot" was about 1cm & noted "lobulation" of left ovary; said he "considered" biopsy to see if it was endo & "We could not biopsy the area so just lasered it for precaution.";told me after surgery they didn't find anything but, during postop 2 weeks later, skimmed over the fact that he found the spot, gave NO details (where or that there was a small hemorage on same ovary--found out from report), & seemed very embarrassed & wouldn't look me in the eye until he started telling me it was psychogenic, then (at least in my opinion) tried to discourage getting any further tests done. My gut tells me he went in expecting to find nothing and then didn't know what to do when he DID find something. He even told me during my postop that he suspected it wasn't endo because of the bowel problems--from everything I've read that's one of the top 5 problems for symptomatic women w/ endo. I was told at 15 I had colitis--the GE in Sept said that was a catchall back then and it was IBS (those symptoms aren't new). I've only had indigestion a dozen times in my  41 years and usually knew why but it became constant (for over 6 weeks) a few days after the ache in my rt side started. Someone I know that works in my GYN office told me (after surgery) he is very cocky, loves to "cut", tends to brush his patients off, and hinted he may have some malpractice suits pending--wish I had known before surgery.He seemed so nice and caring.
