onset of menopause dhea and complex cyst

i have had simple cyst 2x3 cms for 2 years ... i am peri menopausal..starting having very long periods ending with brown goo..started dhea 12mg a day periods returned to normal. I then stopped the dhea no hormone test but my own instigation... now 3 months later after stopping dhea ...cyst has become complex looks like bleeding inside on ultrasound... i live in indonesia... no good gynos.....
need to know if dhea at 2mg a day is good to take at onset of menopause will it beneficial or detrimental to cyst.
should i try pill or hrt to try to make cyst disappear ... can menopausal women take dhea???
