Can small ovarian cyst cause abdominal swelling?

Hi,
Small ovarian cysts cannot cause such a huge swelling that looks like a 4 months pregnancy. Other factors like gas and bloating, pregnancy, ascites or collection of fluid in the abdominal cavity etc can cause distension of abdomen. You should consult a gynaecologist for an examination.
