ovarian cyst or pcos

I was diagnos with pcos or polycystic ovarian sydrome bilateral both my left and right ovary, when i was 20 yrs. old and im 3yrs married until now i dont  have a baby. I got a menstruation every once a year only i already consult with obygyne but i cannot tolerate the pain those medicine that they given to me because of the side effects. Do you think ovarian cyst become ovarian cancer,If i stop taking medicine or ignore it? Is there any cure for my ovarian cyst? and get pregnant? What other sydrome that could i get from ovarian cyst with regards to my reproductive system?
