ovarian mass

Had a routine gynecological exam.  during the exam she was unable to feel my right ovary.  Thought maybe because of my bowel.  Order ultrasound. no family hx of ovarian cancer. no symptons. should I be concern?

after a comolete hysterectomy and the diagnosis of ovarian cancer, recently i wrote that the ca125 level which was hovering between 10-12 had jumped to 30. at a visit with the gyno onc today to review everything, he did a pelvic exam and felt a large mass on the right side. he feels that the mass is attributed to the fact that the lynph nodes were removed when the operation was done and this is a build up of fluid in the area and would explain the mass. does this make any sense. the chemo cycles ended just 3 weeks ago
