ovarian mass

Please help me to understand my ultrasound. endovaginal exam uterus measures 9.6 X 5.2 X5.4 giving a calculated volume of 143cc. R ovary measures 2.2 X 1.1 x 2.3 with a 6 mm. follicle. L ovary measures 3.5 X 2.5 X 2.2. Within the left ovary there is a solid mass appearing lesion measuring 1.4 X 1.2 X 1.1 This show probable flow with doppler imaging and appears solid. IMPRESSION
1.2 solid lesion left ovary Nonspecific free fluid. What is the fluid and is a 143 alot and is it true because the mass is small it is not likely to be cancer? My ca125 was normal. I went today for an MRI.

Thanks.
Laura
