ovarian or cervical cancer

I have never had regular periods since they started at age 15 and now i have them once a year if it all unless im on birth control pills, I decided to go to to dr again this year to make sure nothing was wrong(went last year for same thing was ok and given the pill to regulate) anyway my pap came back clear and im not sure about the blood test but im so worried about my transvaginal ultrasound i had yesterday..they ofcourse could not tell me anything and it was a friday so now im waiting in horror because the only thing i could see on the screen that concerned me was a area towards the bottom all highlighted by the color doppler red yellow and blue and after doing research i found that they use that to check blood flow within a mass if found,,, im so scared can it also be used if findings are normal pleas help thank you
