I have may pelvis ultrasound done last October 24,2009. As per findings, septated cystic masses with low level internal echoes are detected in the retrouterine regions measuring 5.58x4.85x6.06 and 8.7x6.24x4.94cm with the former extending to the left adnexa and the latter extending to right adnexa. Both ovaries are not identified.
Impressions: Retrouterine cystic masses as described extending to the bilateral adnexal regions: endometrial versus ovarian origin.
Normal ultrasound of the uterus.
Normal ultrasound of the urinary bladder.
