pain in right ovary or felopian tube

a week ago i had burning sensation every time i urinated, also i had very bad back pain on the left of my back, one week on and the burning has stoped but i now have pain in my right ovarian area espeicaly during sexual intercorse. what is this? could it be serious?

Ovarian cancer has very common symptons. However it is not usually ovarian cancer. You do need to find the source of the pain, see your doctor, and have a ct and or ultrasound, and bloodwork It could be so many different things, but if it is not going away it is time to get to the source.
