palpable pelvic mass

by ChristinaFD, May 09, 2007 12:00AM
I recently found a mass on the area under where my pubic hair is.  my family doc thinks it's an abnormally hard lipoma and is refering me to a sergeon to talk about removing it. I also have frequent bladdar problems, fatigue, and swollen glands all over my body I'm starting to freak out and worry about cancer.  Any thoughts would be appreciated
thanks

Time for a second opinion before they start cutting intio anything.  At the very least do a needle biopsy first. Surgery into tissue of unexplained origin can cause futher problems.
