possible ovca??

I'm 26 and I had a cyst on my left ovari when I was 19. My mother had a full hystorectomy when she was my agedue to cyst and endometriosis. For over a couple months I have been having sharp/crampy pain in the lower left side of my abdomen. The pain has been constant ranging from either dull to extremely intense and the change in pain happens out of no where. The same side but in my lower back hurts as well but that pain seems to only be present when the pain in my abdomen is intense. A week or so ago the pain started on my right side as well...it still hurts on my left and is more severe on the left both the pain is not constant obligations both sides. A few days ago I also started getting a pain on my right side right below my ribs. The pain there is different more like a "runners stitch" which takes my breath away. Nothing I do helps the pain for any of the pains. It doesn't matter if I sit, lay or stand. Another thing is sometimes when I pee I feel like there is more pee but it just won't come out. I've been bloated for wks too and even when I eat very little I feel like I have stuffed my face too much. It just feels really heavy. I am scared it might be cancer...Idk if I'm just freaking myself out. My family seems to think I'm fine don't need to worry but from what I've learned ovca symptoms can be vague. Oh I also have the mirena iud which I've had for 2 yrs and one wk I have severe breast pain. Almost like i had milk trying to "let down". I haven't breastfed in over a yr and my breast/nipples have never been sore like that since breastfeeding.

You can always get BRCA tested for genetics.

Well my grandma on my dads side passed from ovca so that concerns me. Would endo cause the bloating and appetite change? I have also noticed a change in my bowel movements on top of the pee problem. My stools are solid and come out in pellets, only a few at a time. I know the pain I'm feeling in my abdomen isn't from constipation because it's a fairly new symptom and I've had the abdominal pain for months...daily.

Based on your mom's history of endometriosis, yours is much more likely to be endometriosis than ovarian cancer. If you do not have a predisposition for ovca, then your lifetime risk is less than 2%. Hope that helps alleviate your fears. Of course, endo and/or ovarian cysts (most of which are benign) can cause the symptoms you are experiencing.
