on the lowest part of the page, righthand side, you will find "health pages." Go to the list and you'll find a page about surgical adhesions. I've never had them, so I don't know if the technique recommended works or not, but it was posted by a knowledgeable forum member. Good luck.
There are many alternative treatments that claim to help remove adhesions like massage and exercises. You would want to ask your doctor before doing any of those because sometimes, you may press an area that is weakened from the surgery and so it would not be a good idea.
To my knowledge, adhesions are just an unwelcome result of pelvic surgery. Further surgery will likely create more and cause more harm than good. It would have to be a very severe case that was causing constant pain or adhesions that were causing organ problems in order to convince me to have surgery for adhesions. Gentle exercise and stretching is helpful for rebuilding the muscles and helping with some of the post-surgery abdominal pain. Best of luck to you!
