post hysterectomy pain

i had a hysterectomy jan of 06 my uteris was removed but my ovaries were left in place i was experiencing lower abdominal pain after the birth of my third child in 2002 so my doctor tried injections but that gave me no relief after my surgery i started to feel better until about six months later the symptoms have come back and they put me on cymbalta wich works ok but im still getting pains on bother lower sides of my abdomin (abdomen) more in the right side on doctor said it might be adheisions but its most painful around the time i would be ovulating do you have any advise for me in this matter

I would suggest a TVS  to observe the ovaries, if it is not adhesions , it could be that you have cysts on the ovaries,
