post menopausal bleeding is this a sign

Hi all, as  you know i have been writing about my mom with a suspicious ovarian tumor. Ca-125 is 34 no fluid. She is scheduled for a hysterectomy next friday. She just called me and told me she is now having bleeding. She is 60. She is very scared. Is this a common sign with ovarian cancer?
