re serous papillary adenocarcinoma

My sister's diagnosis after hysterectomy 1) right fallopian tube- serous papillary adenocarcinoma(GRADE1)
2.) cervix,uterine wall, left tube& both ovaries- no tumour invasion . her CA 125 test has also come normal. About chemotherapy one oncologist says she requires.....and the other says that she doesnot require....?Still a week to go....what should she do .....?

Protocol is usually stage 1C and above chemo. The garde is different from the stage, what was she staged as?
