rise in CA125 after radiation

I finished a 5 week course of radiation for fallopian tube cancer about 8 weeks ago. A month after end of treatment, my CA125 doubled, so I had a PET and CT. The PET and CT found no evidence of cancer, but the CA 125 doubled again! What am I to make of this? Could there be inflammation 2 months after radiation that is affecting the CA125?

I also have a severe case of lymphedema. Could this be affecting the CA125?
