rising inhibin a after surgery for granulosa cell tumor-stage 1a

Hi-I had TAH BSO /para-aortic nodes removal 9m ago 5 w after large GCT removed-diagnosis GCT stage 1a. Ive had 2 inhibin levels done since-first ones showed elevated inhibin a at 10, normal inhibin b. CT scan then showed no recurrence. Inhibin levels repeated 6w after-inhibin a now risen to 26, inhibin b still normal.Gynae- oncologist not sure of significance of this- can anyone help please?
